Boots Haul

After seeing my supervisor for my dissertation and project. I thought I would treat myself to something in Boots :)
I wanted to find a bath scrub which can exfoliate and scrub away dead skin cells. I was on a low budget btw...wanted one that was priced at £10 but passed and bought the FCUK sugar scrub instead. This product contained extracts of jojoba oil and wild strawberry. It smelt quite nice. When I quickly got home, turned the hot wate
r on and tried it out. I must say it left my skin feeling soft and smelling quite sweet :).

I also purchased two sachets of Aussie hair shampoo to try out. The bottles were priced at £4 and i didn't want to spend £4 on something that I have never tried, so Boots had some samples which was good. When I got home I didn't realise one was for hair color -_- I guess I was rushing and didn't see. I will still use it since it has a scent of wild peach :D

The other sachet would help damage hair and split ends. The packet stated it would have a wild mint scent...costing £0.97p each. I will try both of these out later.

My cuticles have been looking dry ever since the weather turned cold. Some of the skin was peeling from my fingers too. Well only for my right hand that is. I was trying to look for a good cuticle oil...and saw a cute looking one with pink packaging. I had to buy it because the other cuticle oil didn't look very appealing haha. I tried some of the lotion to my cuticles while I was on the bus and it had a rose scent to it; plus, it wasn't too strong.
It did help a bit and absorbed most of the cuticle oil when applied.

Later today, I was browsing around the Internet looking for more products to buy. I landed on one of Michelle Phan's products "IQQU" the website sold an acne serum, advanced sunscreen and a rice scrub. I only placed an order for the acne serum and rice scrub. The reviews were all positive towards the rice scrub...however, the acne serum had positive and negative reviews depending on the type of skin you may have. Can't wait to try them out. :)
I haven't been breaking out alot recently only in some areas, one side of my face contain a few dark marks from spots -_- these were caused by stress from my exams. Im using bio oil now to allow them to slowly fade and its working but taking time.
